Nathaniel Chalobah gone to Middlesbro on loan for the rest of the season from Chelsea ... Boro are gaining momentum and making some astute additions ... could be this season's 'late surge' team ... need to beat them at ours next up methinks ...

Didnt' he spend the first half on loan at Forest? Or am I making that up?

Would loved to have had him here, but guess we already have our quota of young midfielders...

He's been awful at Forest.

Leicester City forward Martyn Waghorn is a target for a host of clubs on loan during this month's transfer window. Waghorn is back at Leicester after enjoying a three-month loan spell at Millwall earlier this season. Millwall are keen to re-sign Waghorn on loan along with Blackburn, Birmingham City, Doncaster Rovers, Wolves and Bristol City who are all chasing the former Sunderland man's signature.

Fulham saw an offer of £2million for Liam Moore rejected last week and Leicester boss Nigel Pearson is unaware of an improved bid from the Premier League club. Pearson remains determined not to sell the highly-rated defender, who has 18 months left on his contract and has also been linked with the likes of Newcastle.

How much cash do you think your owners will drop in the summer when you come up?

How much cash do you think your owners will drop in the summer IF you come up?

Corrected for you :D

No idea though to be honest, our owners have only stopped the mass spending due to FFP, but if we get to the Prem, then that won't be a problem...

I honestly think that even if we did go up, we would have to spend a hell of a lot of money on new players to stay there.

Probably similar to what Cardiff and Hull have spunked out, i'd rather we paid more for class players than the whole Palace thing of buy 14 fairly cheap players that aren't really good enough for this league.

1 good prem striker could cost you upwards of £8m

Dwight Gayle cost Palace 8M

I don't think anyone thought that was a good deal!
You do get high cost flops too, look at Carroll, giant waste of money.
Like Jack says though, we could pickup some prem quality unknowns from abroad, like Michu.

Michu has been the best value Prem acquisition for 10 years (possibly ever) IMHO - fabulous player - flashes of Glen Hoddle and even Frank Worthington in some of the things he does .. £3 million less than for Ade Akinbiyi fgs <laugh>

@SkySportsPeteO: Norwich, Leicester, Bolton, Blackburn and Ipswich are all tracking Crystal Palace's Daniel Gabbidon. #CPFC #NCFC #BRFC #BWFC #ITFC #LCFC

Morgan, Moore, Wasilewski, Miquel

I find it highly unlikely plus the fact we still have St. Ledger on the books

He is linking us with anything at the minute. I don't think there will be any more incomings

Especially a goalkeeper
