I think they'll be after different kinds of signings, ones ready to have an immediate impact and others to filter through as players are sold. This lad, by most accounts, has big potential but hasn't settled in Italy.

Brother of Jurien at Arsenal mate.
He’s an 8, really athletic, strong lad. Good on ball.
He is quite box to box (similar to Larsson so appears this is what we after) and he’s captained Feyenoord so another with that leadership gene we have by the bucket.
Very solid link and he’d be a brilliant enhancement to the squad.
Wouldn’t be cheap. I’d imagine close to Diarra fee (lass than Larsson though)
