I see they've brought Broadhead back today aswell. The club is in turmoil and literally clutching at every straw it can to change their season round. Relegation could ruin them with the amount of money they've wasted on players and the new Stadium that they've paid millions and millions for, based from the hope of being a top 8 team by the time they move into it
Going straight out to Ipswich

I genuinely hope we never ever end up doing this sort of thing and jeopardising the future of the club. Joking aside, they should be very ****ing worried if they go down.

Absolutely mate, and as it stands I dont hold much hope for them.
Have you seen the amount theyve paid for certain players over these last few years? Its laughable

A fair few of them are absolutley awful, not even 'average' PL players. Was it about 30m for Iwobi? Bolasie was about the same as well. Shocking stuff.

To put it into context they paid 27m for that Turkish striker Tosun. Who is you may ask? exactly lol.
Schneiderlin was 24m, Sigurdsson was 45m and thats just a few added to the players you've already mentioned.

Am guessing they've recalled Broadhead with the intention of selling him to raise funds, or a better loan deal (assumption that Wigan only paying a % of wages)

Hes 24 now, he really needs to find a place he can call home and play regularly. I think they want him back to sell him and get as much as they can for him and get him off their books. Unfortunately for them hes done feck all of note this season to build up a bidding war.

Yeah, you are probably right. I'd take him as 3rd choice, but not convinced by him at this level

Aye.

Would still have him here even though he melted last time. Won't happen due to that like but personally think he would be really good for us etc.

I think he offers something different and is worth a go. But when you say melted is that something you have heard or assuming after the deal didn't come off last time?

It's what I said last time. He mentally melted and didn't want the battle to prove himself.

Mina cost them 30m aswell lol. I keep getting random average 30m signings theyve made in my head lol

I replied to @TopCat_ on a thread last week saying that no-one has spent big on a player based on a good international tournament for 20 years...

I forgot all about Mina. Everton spent big on him having 1 good game in a tournament <laugh>

Your opinion though only? I reckon you are spot on and to be honest it's a big negative mark against his name and is likely the reason why all the media talk seems to be that he is wanting to come back but we aren't interested.
