Nathan Broadhead has returned to Everton after being recalled from his loan spell with Wigan Athletic.

@JamesCopley_
As expected. Player wants a permanent move and his preference is Sunderland.

Not clear if the club reciprocate that at the moment. League One interest and offers on the table.

Interesting couple of days/hours.

Interesting move. I like him as a player and we spent canny Dosh on him.

Guess it's managers discretion. Should come back a better player.
Have to assume we have a player coming in because it would be madness to leave us short at this stage of the season

Good move for us that

His biggest issue isn’t talent, it’s knowing how to play football (positioning/knowing when to press etc) especially to play in a deeper midfield 2

Very similar situation to Embo, needs games especially games with something on them

Surely we stand less of a chance if they change manager - any incoming manager would want to assess the whole squad etc
Our best chance is that they sign a striker, Lampard stays and Simms gets pushed out of the squad

I see they've brought Broadhead back today aswell. The club is in turmoil and literally clutching at every straw it can to change their season round. Relegation could ruin them with the amount of money they've wasted on players and the new Stadium that they've paid millions and millions for, based from the hope of being a top 8 team by the time they move into it
