I do loads of scouting and it really is the hardest position to scout for, not an excuse btw just saying not surprised its the position that is hardest to find

I think some people are forgetting the u21s and academy lads. Mowbray wont. If I were Mowbray I wouldnt bring in any old centre forward when I could spend the next 5 months working hard on those 2 in first team coaching and get them involved with the side. Looking like we'll be going with Gelhardt and Diallo as the 9 and 10.
Lihadji has played as a striker as well, hes not great at holding up the ball but his running in behind really stretches the game so he could be an option as well
Massively disappointing but they must have a plan in place, otherwise it does seem like a lack of ambition to have a go this season.
Distinct lack of height in the team is what worries me the most.
I get that, def not going to be scoring many headed goals

Exactly mate and most games we only play one striker, the kid only needs to stay fit for 18 games

Christ getting accused of being a mag because I think it’s ridiculous we have on fit striker on our books who isn’t even a permanent deal. Forgive me for not being a boot kicker. It’s terrible that Mowbray only has one striker to choose from now after making it very clear he needed more.
I know Dan Neil has negated it but I’m almost as worried about Evans missing than I am Stewart.
