Very true. Plus we have proven that we are an excellent place for aiding in player development, the Fulham game has probably opened up even more opportunities with some big clubs.
I fully expect another couple of surprises before the window closes.

Sadly we're not and that's the problem.
We've had an endless stream of people,over the years, pretending to be Sunderland who start off in a certain style, usually have Mackem in their name and don't post about the matches ... it's just a little strange that, after such a thrilling game yesterday, you choose to ask what transfer news there is.
These 'imposter posters' start off being polite, are sussed and then show their true colours by being abusive before vanishing.
The whole process usually takes around a month if they're being really careful and clever ...

It's just the same bloke under a different name pops up every few months, settles in, then starts chucking grenades all over the place. He's due a reappearance. I find it entertaining myself though.
Chelsea have about 50 out on loan plus their actual u18s and u21s squads. Plenty of players are definitely out their it's just a case of being brave enough to give them a shot (which Chelsea seem terrified of doing ironically

Haven’t seen anybody post anything that makes me think they’re not a Sunderland fan so no reason to doubt for me 
It's ficking ridiculous tbh. The whole thing needs looking at, it's killing the talent at u16/u18 level. They stagnate until they come come back at 22/23 but they should be flying from 18/19

Try to make the odd one about football and not just other posters though
It is starting to change, you are finding promising players starting to move to European clubs. The likes of Cirkin wanting first team football, rather than spend their formative years going out on loan every year. We need to be ready to pick these type of players up.
