    All these useless loans just winding down contracts to make sales more difficult at a future date.

    Its a good question.
    But we can't even loan out the problem ones, so we let the squad ones go on loan, recoup very little, and save all the problems for another day. Again, very frustrating.
    I'm looking forward to the money losing cull of a summer.

    Also, many more loans than we realise now come with a fee. I'm just waiting for Sam to really hit a purple patch with one of the loans - am convinced it's just around the corner. Players of his type are often a little later in developing and if a loan is best for his development then I'm OK with it. He shows flashes of being a really talented target man.

    Yes, maybe you're right. Selling him to a championship club with a reasonable buy back clause wouldn't be bad business at this point then maybe, most of us could get behind that no?
