Think he'll want to stay in the PL. Rangers couldn't afford him. I can see an Everton or West Ham coming in for him tbh.
Can't find anything from the usual ITK journalists close to Saints to back this up, but Talksport earlier said in their news headlines something along the lines of: 'We're hearing from Southampton that Cedric Soares is close to leaving.'
It’s a shame that in many fans’ eyes he burnt his bridges with us as i’d love to see him come home.
