What I saw of him for Liverpool when he first came was all good, well if is like that maybe better stay well clear, but maybe Silva can get him playing again.

I think if true Markovic is well worth a punt! Was brilliant at Benfica and I think he's still only 22 or 23? Plays on the wing and although he never impressed at Liverpool, he wouldn't be the only player to go to a big club and not impress but then go to someone like us and shine! Here's hoping!
The problem with Markovic is that thing between his shoulders. Too much sucess at 20yo he will never be the same. At Fenerbahce another fail last year. He looks lost on the pitch.

Geoff Shreeves reporting on Twitter than Snodgrass is legitimately injured and the club want him to stay - no transfer request!
They were only asking 10m Euros a couple of months ago according to Greek news (EDIT that probably is about £13m nowadays!)
Why would we sell him when Silva has clearly identified him as our number 1 keeper? The only league other than the PL that players seem willing to go to is China.
