Was thinking the same. We've been linked with him the last couple of windows, so I'm surprised we haven't been this window. You'd think he fits Marco's wishlist for a pacey winger.
I would think with the noises that we are after a winger that his agent would already have made the necessary call.
Yeah I'm sure his agent would be keen to get him here instead of Watford.
I wouldn't be so sure of that, Mazzarri has to be massive favourite to next be sacked. I can see it after this weekend to be honest.
Would have thought Watford are a bit more stable and able to offer a slightly bigger wage package/security than us.
Big money, if Mason was worth £15m, Livermore and particularly Snodgrass are worth at least that, or are City going to pursue their usual policy of selling at knockdown prices whilst paying over the odds for incomings.
For all their failings, the Allams definitely do not have a usual policy of selling at knockdown prices, quite the opposite in fact.

For fear of adding to the problem , I'm all for individual posts having their own page , because this page is currently littered with squabbles and a bitch to make sense of discussion on any player - mods and members are quick to jump on a transfer post outside this thread but all gladly sit back n watch boring bastaryards derail a thread .
If it's still relevant to join that particular discussion , we need quality numbers in the squad and tho Jake isn't worth half of 10mill , it would cost the club about as much to replace him with someone a bit meh !
