Is anyone else wondering why we've signed another attacking midfielder? I cant help but think Pongo might be on his way out.
Pongo?
No, never read Whizzer & Chips either. Anyway, he can take Henriksens shirt, he won't be needing it for a while.

Edit, just googled Pongo, get it now.

So where does this Evandro acually play?

When Henriksen signed someone reckoned he'd be able to play left wing but evidently he cannot.

We could really do with someone who can play left wing.

Evandro plays in the center behind the striker(s). He'ss right footed. 2 and a half years contract.

I would really see Snoddy as either a wide player or a second forward as has played recently. I would have thought Evandro competing more with Mason personally. As long as Clucas doesn't get pushed out.

I don't see Mason as a behind the striker type. Strikes me as an up and down the pitch midfielder. more like a David Meyler with better ball skills but a bit weaker in the challenge.
I agree with the Mason comparison, especially with how he's played the last few games.

I'd compare Evandro to a Geovanni or Koren type player. More adept at playing behind the striker(s) but will also be used on either wing.

Niasse has something to prove and is probably quite low on confidence.
Koeman publicly dismissed and the Everton fans mocked him.
No wonder he hasn't got a huge smile on his face.

Hopefully both players have a bit of pace and don't panic infront of goal.
We create chances we just don't take them.
