Presumably Niasse and Evandro who are both allegedly having medicals this afternoon.
Saw on Twitter that Evandro's international clearance won't be completed in time.

Apparently it turns out he has an Italian passport (which he must have if we're signing him) so he won't need international clearance.

I think it's Friday 5 to 5 but I could be getting mixed up with Crackerjack.
They're both expected to be signed before the noon deadline tomorrow, so will be eligible for Bournemouth, Rick's wrong about Evandro, he's got an Italian passport.
I think you still need international clearance if you sign from any club not in the remit of the English FA. Robertson needed international clearance even when signing from Dundee United. It's nowhere near as painful as getting a work permit (which is what some are confusing), it's simply transferring the registration from the Portuguese FA to ours.
How fit is Silva? Couldn't he get himself registered and fill in as right-back in case Meyler gets a knock?
