Fat fingers, it was in response to Castro's Liverpool Echo post, and said he should have double posted it.
Well despite the Liverpool Echo not picking up on this huge transfer from Hull City, Sky Sports News decided it was worthy of one of their news stories running underneath their broadcast.
Presumably doesn’t mean it was. The article itself was by Baz.
You've obviously got too much time on your hands if you can be bothered to actually look up the Liverpool Echo site and look for the article.Just had a look and no mention of it in Liverpool Echo that I could find.

So, young talented local. Liverpool come calling and the white flag is raised. Is there no way to nourish & keep these starlets here? Do we simply roll over and accept our fate? Championship level at best. Know our place. Bow down when the big boys turn up.
Nowt we can do other than gain category 1 status with our academy. A higher graded academy can just take players from any lower rated academy for a nominal pre-determined compensation (probably low 5 figures in this case).
Oh dear, no distress I'm afraid to disappoint you. Perhaps my mistake given your pedantry was to use the word 'presume' rather than 'assume'. I was simply suggesting one possible reason for the use of words. There really are some pillocks on this board.Always best to check before coming out with remarks about it presumably was on the Liverpool Echo website as an excuse for the HDM’s pathetic headline. If FC sell a player to St Helens will the HDM headline be St Helens buy player from Super League club Hull FC?
Sorry if showing your presumption was incorrect has caused you distress.

The fee we have gotten is above what we would have got if we fought it, it was the right deal for both player and club
You must be referring to "She who must be obeyed". The one who could argue the toss with Ayers Rock and bore the sand out of it.There are. Though to be fair you are not as big a one as the one who has liked your post. You must have plenty of time on your hands if you can find and post photos of Fleetwood’s training ground.
Using correct words isn’t pedantry. Using wrong ones is being incorrect though. Though your assumption would have been as incorrect as your assumption. It was crap writing, maureen and simple.

The use of the word Championship in the title is obviously not for our benefit, it's being used as a tag word to try and get the article seen more widely. It's all about algorithms nowadays, just small adjustments to titles of web listings and articles can massively increase the amount of people who view them.
Guess who signed up with an online growth partner five months ago.![]()
Didn't we lose Dan James in similar fashion ?
