Well despite the Liverpool Echo not picking up on this huge transfer from Hull City, Sky Sports News decided it was worthy of one of their news stories running underneath their broadcast.
Liverpool Echo is part of the Reach group so is crap.
I think when it says “by”, that’s who posts it, not necessarily who writes it. Which is a bit disingenuous but that’s Reach for you.

Always best to check before coming out with remarks about it presumably was on the Liverpool Echo website as an excuse for the HDM’s pathetic headline. If FC sell a player to St Helens will the HDM headline be St Helens buy player from Super League club Hull FC?

Nowt we can do other than gain category 1 status with our academy. A higher graded academy can just take players from any lower rated academy for a nominal pre-determined compensation (probably low 5 figures in this case).
The fee we have gotten is above what we would have got if we fought it, it was the right deal for both player and club
