How many goals was Fleming ever at fault for? I remember some excellent last ditch defending, can’t remember many mares.

According to Baz vs Bristol away

Brandon Fleming: Rabbit in headlights early on, looked shell-shocked and though it got better in the second, the damage was well done. 3/10

According to Baz vs Derby away

Brandon Fleming: Torn to pieces in the first half by the pace of Ebosele and will have been chuffed when he went off. Not a good night. 4/10

Same game
Jacob Greaves: Hapless display in the first half, slightly better in the second aside from the fourth goal. 3/10

Get rid? Yep gone

Personally have always thought as a Championship left back, (as opposed to left wing back), Elder is some way ahead of Fleming who as others have pointed out has struggled in that position on a number of occasions. Rosie has had plenty of time to have a look and take a view and appears he feels similarly.

Elder leaves for nothing in June doesn't he? When can he start talking to other clubs?

People seem to overlook how little senior football he's actually played. I'd rather see him go to L1 on loan and play every week, than go to the Championship and potentially be in and out the side if he has a bad game.

I like him a lot as a player but it's only a week or so ago that most were saying we were in relegation scrap and he does have defensive issues. Brandon going out for 5 months and hopefully smashing L1 will do him the world of good. I'd much rather he did that than sit on the bench/the stands.

Seems we have short and selective memories.

He's not been making the bench behind Greaves and Elder so it's surely not a huge surprise?

Suspect it'll be Fleming and A.N. Other competing for LB after the summer - unless he bombs in L1.

This season I was expecting him to kick on after last season. Unfortunate injury and poor displays after his injury and then wondering what was going on with him not even like you say not making the bench I thought was another injury or something.

I’d prefer Greaves be at centre-half in the long-term. He’s done well at left-back but I imagine he’ll go back to centre-half if and when we sign a physical player with some height to play next to Seri. Then hopefully Brandon comes back and makes that position his again.

I think it speaks volumes that Rosenior prefers a left footed centre back at left back over 2 actual left backs. I'm not buying the whole height thing either, I just don't think he rates Fleming or Elder enough.
