I just meant the deal is approaching.

We know that Acun and Şota are close friends. I am afraid this might be an emotional decision.
When returning from the netherlands Şota had a promising start in his coaching career in Turkey but then no big impact afterwards. no success at all.
At least I can say that he tries to make his team play a positive football on the pitch.

Let's hope he won't keep him around if the success doesn't happen then.

He was told some weeks ago that he would be replaced, Acun wants his own staff in the first team. Should Shota Arveladze be brought in, you can expect to see Zurab Khizanishvili brought in as assistant and Swanny to die from trying to pronounce it all.

As some have said it is a risk. But looking at the bigger picture if he has Acuns trust and that's needed to bring in the overseas players we've seen mentioned, then bring it on I say.

I can't see that his prickliness with the media would be well regarded, with the new owner being a media company and all. It was probably never going to be a long term 'fit'.
