I would be very surprised if this happens, there’s a risk the players will drop their performance levels. They are playing their bollocks off for Grant.
The summer is a right time for a change, not now
He's meant to be very reliable as well, not the best decision to start Acun's tenure..

Me too, I'm probably the founder of the McCann out calls, but I have to say although I still don't think he is the man to take us forward, he has got the lads playing for him. It's risky at best to bring in a new face right now, especially one like Shota who has hardly set the world alight in the managerial stakes .. TWT I guess

And they will have to earn any new mans respect themselves it can also work in clubs favour because they will definitely have to play hard week in week out to be here in the summer.

Time will tell, but for me Grant has earnt a chance to perform. If he ****s up, then bin him.
But after wins against 2 top 3 teams, that’s just wrong

Personally I’d like Grant to stay for the rest of the season, then reassess then. I don’t think he is the man for us long term but he can guide us to safety and we can build from there.

Obviously this is just speculation but the biggest thing with this that doesn’t sit right with me is how it is being played through the media, and done without a meeting between the new owners and Grant even taking place. He deserves more respect.

Acun will see Grant McCann as the manger of a team who up to last week were hovering above the relegation zone and he hasn't bought us to be hovering around the relegation zone. The players are doing it for the manager at the moment, which really shouldn't be a surprise because he signed most of them but the facts remain and to a relative new comer like Acun we are a bottom third Championship club at the moment and nothing else. Its a difficult decision all round and one that could backfire on us. But if it does backfire these players are not the players we all thought they were. The new ownership will have their own plans mapped out and a new manager will be a priority and already targeted.

And we all deserved respect for the last 11 years to.

No one will convince me that Grant never knew, all that insta says is what people probably knew anyway and they just informed people shota has his paperwork now.

I personally think he should be given the rest of the season but deep down, knew this would probably happen,as it usually does when this type of club takeover occurs.

I don’t see the new guy changing too much initially as the formation is obviously working,he’ll gradually tweak things as time moves on.He’d have done his homework as Kessler has done, evaluating the squad and no doubt will have some knowledge of the players (Slater apart, maybe?) that we’re bringing in.

Don't think there is any way to stop social media. Whose twitter account is it?

Part of the game, managers come and go all the time whether its deserved or not. We still support them regardless, that's all that matters.

Pretty much the way a new owner would be thinking. Acun has been planning a good while now. Agree with the above. Shame given recent results.
