If and just an if we aren’t going to play him in his preferred position (forward) would you cash in and use the money elsewhere. Get a better wing back for instance

(based on the wing back formation and not Knowing shota’s plans)

If we sell we've learnt nothing from the Bowen situation. His value will be no lower in the summer and getting business done this late in a window is tough. We don't need the cash so I'd tell them to shove it

It also would send out all the wrong signals. Acun is not stupid (thankfully)

Your math is way off…more like £13-15k
your obviously american coming out with illogical abbreviations and fuel costs might be cheaper over there. anyways or is it anysway? i had this information relayed to me by a pilot who spoke to a fellow pilot who once owned the same plane. i did think it seemed a lot.
said the plane itself cost £30 million and that's without any fancy fittings.
sounded to me like he knew what he was on about. plus he isn't american.
but apologies if he bs'd me.

£30m plane but it was built 14 years ago.

Would expect it would cost more (per journey) for a 1 off charter on a brand new jet, but he appears to have this on a long term lease and there will be economies involved with that.

If he can afford 100k per trip then we don't need to worry that he can't finance the club.

looks like he bought it november 2020 so won't have paid anything like that figure but it does sound better quoting the price it cost. much like diamond rings you don't say yeah but i've had it 4 years so it's only worth 45 pence. annual running costs in that plane are £5k per hour. 16/18 hours return flight works out at £80/90k so maybe he was exaggerating. i'm dismayed illicali turns out to be skint skinflint.

or as you say will he be leasing it?

if that's the case then should we have a whip round for him next game?

True, but if it was a 30K Merc it wouldn't be worth 30k after 14 years.
