Surely the delay is because it's a deal the Allams would never sanction. Otherwise it doesn't make sense. We aren't stupid enough to allow JM to leave without somebody better coming in, surely?

Surely, but surely there's some players coming in who would be sanctioned by the Allams. (Sims for example)

I don't think Sims is signing, the HDM said Aydogan was signing too but he didn't and probably couldn't for work permit reasons.

I think the striker will be Tosun if it's an Acun signing. It's the obvious one, he's on £70k a week but we could probably pay less than half and his deal is up in the summer
 
There's been so many links to players out of our league, no point posting or speculating on anything until the takeover is confirmed since we won't sign anyone before then.
