Both camps are right here. Jeremy covers Arsenal a hell of a lot, and I'd say he's a respected journalist with a lot of integrity and who is very well-connected and very unlikely to be taken for a ride, especially by a club like Saints. He was at the Echo down here years back and he knows the landscape.

I mean, right now the person in charge of that pipeline must be very edgy... lots of spin, counter-spin and spin once more. They'd understandably be keen to keep things as 'under control' as possible. At least in the public eye.

So what about the player from the French league, or the player that was at the training ground and looking at schools for his kids? Are they not signing? Or will we drag it out another 3 weeks?
In Mopo2's second presser he said the priority is to find an Austin replacement as he would be out for at least two months minimum.
