Just think any team in the prem other then say top 6 are our rivals, it's been a mental season so ya just never know.

Personaly I would get rid of mannone before pants like..
 
Finished 1-0, Watford only had one shot on target, they didn't manage even that at Southampton in midweek, they are only 8 points ahead of the toon, they are not out of the relegation scrap in my opinion.
 
With Graham linked with Blackburn, I wonder if a swap deal could be on the cards with Rhodes coming to us. He can certainly score goals but can he do it in the big league?

He's been linked with a move away to Sheffield Wednesday today (Rhodes). The guy surely would have had his chance by now if he was good enough for this level. I remember the same hype surrounding Jermaine Beckford, scored for fun in League One and the Championship then bombed in the top flight.

He must be wondering what more he can do to get a move to the Premier league other than scoring consistently well everywhere he goes. Personally I think he is good enough for a team like us especially compared to Fletcher and Graham. I wonder if the relatively high transfer fee (if that's still the case) puts teams off from taking a risk on a Championship player.

That'll be it I'd say. Blackburn paid PL fees and probably wages, for a kid who scores regularly in the Championship. It'd take a risk to offer him similar terms at a top tier side.

Hopefully a team he plays for will be promoted soon and we'll see what he's about at this level.

He reminds me a bit of Wickham but is better than him in every facet although Wickham arguably has prettier hair. I know Connor would be livid if his hair didn't get the recognition it deserves.

Whereas while nobody shows much interest in Rhodes, Wickham is snapped up by Sunderland for a small fortune, where despite being given every opportunity he scores very poorly which then leads to him being rewarded with a big money move to Palace where he continues in his rich vein of not scoring.

If I was in charge of transfers at Sunderland I'd go for Rhodes, the lad is a goal machine.

Somebody should eventually take a chance mate and it might end up paying huge dividends.

Pants and Graham could be gone as soon as today according the press. So coming days some wages should be freed up. Enough to cover the wages for a bit a quality.
