Yes I have and I would wager it's a lot in spite of McCan't not because of him. Would another manager throw multiple players under the bus as well exposing personal details? Get real. He's a poor football manager and ****ing awful man manager.

And yet we are in the top three. So why would we sign Huddlestone? It’s nothing to do with being an apologist. It’s about common sense.

It's a case of anyone but McCan't, and Huddlestone would have instant respect from the players, not sure McCann has that.

Not at all. If you want to defend McCan't, please, go right ahead.

He's gone from being a player, to a coach, to an assistant manager at a Championship club in three seasons. He comes across as thoroughly professional and I while that's no guarantee of success, a player with an affinity for the club (a popular player at that) would go down well with the fans. He's got to start somewhere, might as well be with us. If it doesn't go well, it doesn't go well.

why not Stephen Clemence? Twice the experience ?
again he’d be a no from me but he’s far more qualified than hud or rosenoir

Thudd was always a classy player but recalling his post match interviews he never struck me as the enthused motivator type that’s often needed in a dressing room. Not that I’m suggesting McCann is any better.

McCann is doing a job, he isn’t about to let any potential replacement through the door.

I think McCann will be with us for at least until December. There are going to be clubs in the mix of things towards to the end of the season who have to win their games in hand whilst playing twice a week. That’s when we either get overtaken and drop position or we maintain automatic. Nothing will change until we are in a worse situation and that would be facing a third season of league one.
