Well, as expected nothing much happened, Harry Wilson could be a good loan signing, let's hope so. The Daws debacle will not end well, even though I wouldn't ideally want him to leave now, it is obviously he wanted out. Keeping him more or less against his will means he will not be giving his all for the remainder of the season, purely human nature. McDonald I have no idea, buying someone who has serious iron deficiency doesn't sound good business to me.

I thought there was only one shamble in Yorkshire and that was in York, but the Allams have managed to now make the club the 2nd shambles in out fair county.

We’ve seen two towering performances this week, Bowen against Forest and Dawson against Leeds. We’re both for the benefit of watching scouts? Is this week as good as we are likely to play for the remainder of this season? Or as good as we are likely to see from Jarrod and Michael, at least?

Funny how gaps coincided with low points for some whilst others were there.
I think you’ve drifted from saying that people shouldn’t be having a go at Phil West-Upper due to his long history of supporting the club (and quite rightly, he has undoubtedly been a stalwart and while people should argue his points when they disagree with him, he doesn’t deserve slagging off) to having a go at someone else and using their history of supporting the club to do so, even though they have clearly been a supporter for a long time themselves

Not needed IMHO

That’s a worrying thought

There were a row of scouts near me on Tuesday....they had all gone by half time.

How long Grosicki did sulk for when he wanted to go before and didn’t? (Genuine question as I thought he did but couldn’t quite remember)
Will Dawson sulk? I doubt it, but he won’t be happy
Will Bowen sulk? I doubt it

Was he at the do tonight? If not I would suggest it isn't. Whatever, the situation at City is beyond parody.
Best run club in the football league?
Was he ill? Was he injured? Was one of his kids or parents I'll?
I'm not saying he wasn't in Nottingham waiting to sign but I'll wait until I see some evidence.

I know Phil West Uppers and know his City supporting record and would take it over 99% of people on here including myself. In a couple of years will have known him for 50 years. Been involved in some interestingexperiences at City when he was there. The only connection is City, like some others I have known for decades.

If he’s going to post utter ****e, he’s going to get challenged on it, his long standing City support doesn’t give him a free pass.

Any reason? Me and Phil were amongst the 3200 whilst 60 or 70,000 life long FC and Rovers fanatics were at Wembley (Though the average crowds for both of them were less than 20,000 that season).
Those who were there would remember it. Got a bigger buzz from that than a win in the PL in many ways,

I switched off the lights.

Yeah. What kind of sad **** uses somebodies attendance at football matches as a barometer to measure the respect they deserve?

If a someone is a ****, then he's a ****. And PWU is a massive ****.

I think the positives from the January window are that Sunderland don't appear to have added anyone of notable quality and Bolton have sold Madine. Hopefully Wilson gets a chance and hits the ground running, though I can't recall the last time a Liverpool loanee did well at any club.
