I reckon mackie even miss timed the city header

 

The one that hit the middle of his forehead and went in the corner of the goal?

 

No don't remember that one, which corner? I do remember the one he got over the top of the ball which bounced on the ground a few feet away from him and up under the bar in the centre of the goal, they all count I guess. Still sore we lost that game

 

What was admirable was the desire and energy he showed to get into that position.

 

Watched it again and I think he makes pretty perfect contact

 

Absolutely that's what I look forward to seeing again, I'll won't hold my breath waiting to see a great football player

 

We must be looking at a different goal, the one I saw v city it was not good contact and no corner of the goal but quite frankly I wish we had scored 10 more ****ty goals last year and maybe we would have come 19th

 

Jamie Mackie is better than Messi and Ronaldo. More skill than Pele, in fact i cannot believe how we got him on a free!

 

In that case I give up, he'll score 30 goals next year including bullet headers from the half way line and QPR will get 110 points and will have won the league by March

 

Another missed timed header like at City will do me.

 

I can't believe a day that started so well with Beth's link to Jamie's medical has resulted in a disagreement about the goal at City! To me it was a wonderful diving header that ended up in the net on a day we needed to score goals.

Maybe I should have used the winner against Liverpool as my example, I will never forget that night and the singing all the way back to the station.

 

The equaliser at Derby 5 minutes into injury time will always be a brilliant memory

 

For a bloke who's scored against City United & Liverpool for us in the top flight he certainly gets a lot of stick around here. If that's adjudged to be a failure then I'll welcome plenty more like Jamie Mackie at LR
