That's what I said. He wasn't found guilty. He doesn't need to prove his innocence, the accuser/prosecution have to prove his guilt. When guilt cannot be proven (beyond reasonable doubt) then a not guilty verdict is returned.
It's semantics, but he wasn't proven not to be guilty, they couldn't prove he was guilty.
They can't prove you or I aren't guilty either ...
... that doesnt mean we might be.
We're all innocent until proven guilty, that's how it works
