I like Cork. I think he's good enough to play for us. Maybe I'm overestimating him as a player, I don't know, but it doesn't matter. It's not all about the player's quality anyway, there's also something about player's attitude and mentality, at least for me. I would always support a team of Corks.

weirdly not particularly bothered about this

Good decision. I'm butting out now too because no amount of to-ing and fro-ing is going to actually change anyones' opinion. We just start falling out with each other when we should be doing the opposite.

Really? You want to have that discussion? Kind of irrelevant. Might as well say "You remember what our defence was like before we signed Lovren?".

Oh dear.

Just go back to your City match comment previously.... Jack played well and in your words "was instrumental in the result" ... maybe we could have won it :)

Another atrocious move if true. 3 million?!

Morgan is angry, Taider is unproven. Cork is one of the most consistent and reliable players we've got. Excellent squad player. For 3 million, what's the f**king point?! Absolutely don't need the money, we need the players. Selling Cork and keeping Ramirez, the vast majority of you think we're a top four club!! Wake the f*ck up! This season is a relegation fight season, and we will need the likes of Cork more than most others.

F*ck this ridiculous football club.

F*ck our ridiculous fans ***

*** some of them :)

Ha, ha, ha. Wanyama is a poor footballer; his reading of the game is poor, his decision making is poor, his technical ability is poor. He gets in the way of things and is very useful in shielding the CD's and I would have him in my team for that alone. But he is NOT a good footballer.

Specsavers? I'd give it a go.

I like Cork, but I don't have a problem with moving him on either. We're not playing the double pivot so we have less need for Cork. And between Taider and the younger players ready to step up, it creates a logjam for playing time.

I think Cork is a hard-working, decent player but he's basically average. It's nice to have a player like that as backup but Cork probably wants to start, and I don't blame him because there's a lot of teams he could start for. If we can get a decent fee for him, it's a win-win situation. He didn't kick up a fuss or refuse to train, and hopefully he leaves on good terms.

I'd like us to get more than 3m for him, but I'd rather just take the 3m than risk this blowing up into yet another situation.
