FWIW I reckon that's a pen.

Hand to ball and it deflects the ball out of play, no way is it not one.
No real difference to the Pique one, which was also a definite pen.

if you give that then you have to give it everytime a ball hits an arm, which would probably be a better rule as then there's no ambiguity.
 
Not a pen for me either. Ball to hand and not deliberate at all. Very harsh
 
Yeah I don’t think it’s a pen. You use your arms as leverage to get a decent jump. Completely accidental, ball to hand not hand to ball.

I wouldn't say that necessarily. If it just hits hand no, but his hand goes towards the ball.

Subconsciously maybe but it did all the same.
