Just outside High Wycombe
A bit speechless tbh. We made our voices known earlier on this year about him. Nothing has changed. Very annoyed. Very frustrated and it shows the club don't listen to the fans. He is only here until the end of the season though before we get a long-term replacement (how many times have we heard that before)... Mixed emotions.

As a Liverpool fan, I urge you to get behind him and give him every chance of making an impression. He's a fantastic manager, and vastly underrated in England. I'm a bit gutted he's actually gone to you to be honest, but I actually wish him all the best and part of me hopes you win the league now, I understand the whole way RDM got sacked is frustrating and embarrassing but all you can do is keep supporting the club and whoever comes in (in this case Rafa).

I support the club and will do until the day I die but this in't the appointment we wanted at all. Nevertheless I will support the team. I wonder if he will get the best out of Torres?

If anyone can, he can <ok> I'm pretty confident he'll surprise a lot of people over the coming months

Agree, be wrong to boo him senseless on Sunday which is ultimately what's going to happen. Don't like the guy or his management ability but I'll try and get behind him.

You'll love his magic hand movements though.<ok>

Love the guy. Not impressed he's gone to you guys.

Hopefully he resigns!

Not really what i wanted but it'll be an even bigger embarrassment if he gets booed on Sunday, it can't happen, can it?

Time to get behind and support the team now, hopefully we can start with 3 points off City....

Is this a wind up? How many years was he with Liverpool and he never won the League?!! Chelsea have bigger ambitions than that mate.

What a joke! <laugh>

He will be starting off with a better team (Houllier left him with a weak team)... he will likely have more of a transfer pussy cat at Chelsea this winter than he ever had at pool.

I would not be surprised if Rafa wins the title for you.

I'm not a Chelsea fan... but I hope he wins you all the silver he can this season as it means less for whisky breath... and I admire Rafa tremendously...

Swords it took Fergie 7yrs to win the league at Utd a its taken all of QPR's entire history to not win it.<ok>

This all seems a little quick, to me. A manager sacked and replaced within 12 hours? I wonder how long Rafa's been on the bench for?

4 years and we went from a pretty crap team to winning the Champs League almost twice, FA Cup, League Cup and 2 points off the League.

Not a bad record at all.

2 La Liga's, UEFA Cup, Champions League, FA Cup, Carling Cup, Club World Cup and Italian Cup.

Italian Cup? Not knocking his record, but it's the Italian equivalent of the Charity Shield.
EDIT: I'm referring to the trophy that he won (Supercoppa Italiana), rather than the Italian Cup. Bit vague.

Yeah, like he did at Anfield!! <laugh>

He was linked with the QPR job and we did a poll on our site and he came in behind Alan Curbishley and Ian Holloway! <laugh>

Poor ole Chelsea, they've got laden with a real chump!

That just highlights QPR fans ignorance and general lack of footballing knowledge. But that shouldn't surprise anyone as its quite obvious that QPR are supported by cringeworthy weapons who don't have a clue about football.

2 x La Liga winner & CL winner not as good as Holloway who got promoted once to the premier league with Blackpool and then got relegated, and that's pretty much his whole career.

Yeah hows Hughes getting on?!

QPR fans just hope Chelsea will fail.
