But you can't fully know if a manager can translate that judgement from managing a small club, to a bigger club. Thats why its a gamble as its much easier to have the leeway of less expectations then it is with greater expectations. I'm not suggesting he shouldn't be talked about and is certainty a contender ahead of Capello or Rafa but I would much rather a manager like Hiddink or Redknapp (that type of appointment).
