    You're a bit off with your sums there: 49 + 7 = 56 which is when it ended.

    6-7mins were added on from the 45min point. Or are you saying the ref added 4mins before adding another 6-7mins?

    The timer for the game was on 56 minutes when the game stopped.

    The game stopped for VAR check at 43, play resumed at 49 and those 6 minutes (which became 7 to allow their corner) meant that at the whistle, the clock read 56.

    Tbf it was made more difficult because of it happening 2 minutes from time.
