... who it hasn't dawned on yet?

We're two games from Wembley and three from the PL.

I keep having conversations with mates who are talking about how we should've done things differently at Norwich or worried about how we're going to set up against Swansea. I just can't get my mind off planning for the playoff semi-final and wondering about tickets.

Am I naturally excited or should I be more concerned about momentum and who our opponents may be?

I recall all the fretting about Boro being a bogey team, how we never turn up against them, etc etc etc ...

... did the double, scored three on their own ground and look like finishing miles ahead of them.

I might be fraught after a game, certainly won't allow myself to be prior.

Just getting over the cold after 5aside tonight and a few glasses of white. Big allotment plans for tomorrow then a meal in Bellinis. Think I'll wait until after that before getting excited about Saturday... tempting, but off to bed now...

I believe it's something to do with age and slowing down? Others maybe more frantic until Saturday comes?

To me it's all about going into the play offs with the strongest team we can put out. Don't care who we play because we have a team that can beat anyone in our league. It's all about the performance on the day we put out....I hope we go high press, high tempo and go for it. The x factor players such as Le Fee and Isidor if there firing that will be huge. Hume to score the winner at Wembley right in the last minute. Q madness after that. Premier League here we come!!!!!!

Everyone in the play offs is beatable, I’m more concerned about which Sunderland turns up than anything :emoticon-0102-bigsm bring it on, big games like these are what makes football the game it is, enjoy it get behind the lads what will be will be

The only way we lose is if we beat ourselves.

People are worrying about who we might face but Bristol City are the only ones that I'm pretty ambivalent about. Imagine beating 2 of Coventry, Boro and Leeds on the way to the Prem! It would be magical. Or even getting to Wembley and beating Burnley on pens!

Totally agree with this, critics of performance Tuesday night.... straight sway i explained was never going to be pretty with the changes made.... however we need everyone up to speed so there all ready to go, Tuesday was a sign of that & wasn't great, still didn't lose & grew into the game. The Mundle situation shows we need everyone ready when needed.... including TW

Preferably for me leeds go up automatically as id rather avoid, rather avoid Coventry....but if its them & were ready so be it...HTW

I think we’re in the perfect position. As has been mentioned previously one of the top 3 are going to miss out on automatic promotion so the psychological effect of that disappointment will be a factor and then you have 5-6 teams below us scrapping for the last 2 places. We have the luxury of being able to rest players, give fringe players more minutes and bring back injured players gradually so everyone is at optimal performance levels come the play offs. All the other teams are going to be playing their strongest teams and that could result in injuries and fatigue for them going into the playoffs. Exciting times

Hotel booked, travel arrangements sorted for Wembley. Plans in place for the home leg of the play off semi final.

It's been a brilliant season for the lads and just going to enjoy the last few league games, players coming back from injury to strengthen the squad and maybe one of the even younger lads will become a hero in the run to the premier league.

What's not to love

Yes, hopefully this will all go down to the last kick, of all the games on May 3rd, to maximise that physical and mental exhaustion.

In the meantime we can all sit back and watch everyone squirm so let's make the most of it ...

... it's free entertainment and a great opportunity for some serious schadenfreude.
