It appears that Utrecht are threatening Swansea with legal action over the clubs refusal to pay up on a sell on clause. I can see comparisons here with the unsavoury incident with Ipswich's Tomas Priskin when we refused to pay up the loan fee when Priskin got injured it was an embarrassing episode and of course we had to pay in full eventually. There was also the refusal to pay Michael Laudrup sacking him on a fabricated breach of contract issue, again we had to pay. So why not pay Utrecht what we owe instead of causing further embarrassment, we will have to pay them in the end that's for sure.

I am really glad the likes of Huw and co didn't have that same mindset when we took control of the club off Petty
Jenkins is doing what Jenkins does best ...weasels out of paying .Quit the smoke and mirrors and pay what we f**kin owe . Im really am discouraged at the way the club is being run this last little bit after being legendary the previous half dozen seasons

you seem to have your glasses firmly focused on Huw's arse, so tell us what you actually do know; fekk all I suspect but just in case I gave you the opportunity WHAT DO WE OWE?
Jenkins is trying to weasel out of paying money ... twice in a few months with the club and a bit on his own endeavors , simple .
He is our chairman, he is massively respected in Swansea... If you don't like the guy then it is time to look for another club.
Respect to Huw for much of what he has done (not all) but no one is bigger than the club.
The suggestion that you find another club if you don't agree with the chairman or the way the club is run at any particular time is plain insulting.

Dai , we do have a say in how the Clubs run ,you of all people should know that considering you attend the Trust meetings ?, publicity wise we took a bit of a hit last season with Laudrup, Chico's antics etc , maybe it doesn't mean a lot to you as how we're perceived but it matters to a lot of other people.
You are a punter who pays his money to watch the swans just like someone choose to shop at tesco or asda. You and everyone else have no say in the clubs dealings or how its run or who is employed by the club...dont kid yourself thinking you have any part of running the club as you will be fooling yourself...The only choice you have is whether you want to give them your money but as for having any say in the club then we don't...the fans trust attends board meetings but they don't have a vote in anything so how can a fan have any say....I know this from experience
Well I for one will back Huw Jenkins all the way. What has happened to our club over the last 12 years has been phenomenal - and still is. Huw Jenkins has played a massive role in that - and still does.

Well I and my boys are trust members, and I thought the trust had over 20% share interest in the club and are represented on the Board, so what you are on about heaven only knows!............
Sorry , finding another team isnt an option , finding a bit of truth is though, regardless of who wants to sweep it under .Jenkins made 6 steps forward in 6 years and took 10 steps backwards in a moment ..
