It appears that Utrecht are threatening Swansea with legal action over the clubs refusal to pay up on a sell on clause. I can see comparisons here with the unsavoury incident with Ipswich's Tomas Priskin when we refused to pay up the loan fee when Priskin got injured it was an embarrassing episode and of course we had to pay in full eventually. There was also the refusal to pay Michael Laudrup sacking him on a fabricated breach of contract issue, again we had to pay. So why not pay Utrecht what we owe instead of causing further embarrassment, we will have to pay them in the end that's for sure.
