Not (hopefully) lacking empathy, but people have heart attacks all the time, why does it stop a football match?
Re-start delayed due to medical emergency in the crowd, hope they're ok whatever the issue is. Players out warming up now.
Could be they need to be moved to hospital asap and so a helicopter will land on the pitch. No news on BBC or official site though. How do you know it is a heart attack?
It's grim but the medical attention you'd get at a football match probably better than at home right?

I'm coming to the sad conclusion that Armstrong can't really play football. He's just a fast runner.
