Ward-Prowse and Chambers played in England U19's 3-1 win against Denmark last night, and Yoshida's currently playing against Latvia (Japan currently lead 1-0 through Okazaki).

I guess Forren will play for Norway against Ukraine later, Steven Davis will play for Northern Ireland against Malta, and Boruc will probably be on the bench for Poland against Ireland.

Have I missed anyone?

Are any of City's superstars on international duty?

Edit: just seen that both Spain and Argentina are playing so that should be Silva, Aguero, possibly Zabaleta accounted for. Oh and France so Nasri as well.

Spain are playing Uruguay, we should have sent Gaston to give them a kicking. Also it's Newcastle v Germany.

And still no call up for Morgan, did not realise that France had a better midfield than Spain, must be the only reason he does not get the call

As I said on another thread, they're blessed with about 30 international class defensive midfielders, so he won't be getting a call up anytime soon.

Yep. With players like Cabaye, Sissoko, Matuidi, Gonalons, Capoue, Chantome, Diarra (Lassana and Alou), Mavuba and M'Vila (6 of whom are 25 or under) Morgan will either have to play fantastically well for several months or move to a bigger club.

Norway a goal down to Ukraine in front an apparently totally absent crowd. Didn't see if the goal was Forren's fault <laugh>

To be fair the stream is so bad I can't even tell if he's on the pitch...

Forren not really doing much, came on looking exactly like a player who has come on in a friendly 2-0 down at an empty stadium. He has however hit one really sweet 40yrd pass down the wing that I liked. Looks calm on the ball.
