Also worth noting that top two from the six groups qualify and the four best third place teams. In other words, failing to get out of the group stages would be one of the biggest screw ups in English football history :emoticon-0107-sweat
A bit like the rugby World Cup, you mean (ducks and runs) :emoticon-0116-evilg

The match is secondary this evening, but England line up as follows;

England Team: 1 Hart 2 Clyne 3 Gibbs 4 Dier 5 Cahill 6 Stones 7 Alli 8 Barkley 9 Kane 10 Rooney (c) 11 Sterling

Why doesn't hodgson pick a back 4 and stick to it? How will the CB's learn each other's games?!

It's quite staggering how much better Clyne is than Walker.

Gibbs, on the other hand...

Is not a patch on Bertrand. Ryan is quite simply the best English LB in the country at the moment. I would argue that he's probably better than a fully fit Shaw as well. I would also not argue if anyone suggested he was the best LB of any nationality playing in the PL.

Well that's what Ronald Koeman said the other day, so you (and I) are in good company!
