Some Russians put a spoonful of jam in their black tea. They only have it with milk if pregnant or breastfeeding. I got funny looks...

I like to start the day with a decent strong Assam with milk. After (ahem) a couple of coffees late morning I'm back on tea for the rest of the day. Sometimes English breakfast (although rarely at breakfast, see above). Also Lapsang Souchong (always black and fabulous with smoked salmon), earl grey (black) and decaf earl grey or decaf regular black tea before bed.

Brew Tea Co in the yellow tin are good tea bags, as are Tea Pigs. Trying M&S Gold next on recommendation. Sainsbury's tea is a mixed bag (literally?).
Have you been breastfeeding in the middle of Tesco's again? :emoticon-0145-shake

The Chinese think you're weird if you put milk in tea as well, though they don't really do dairy, the Chinese word for cheese literally translates to 'bad milk'.
Milk in first, and the Chinese eat eggs that stink after fermenting for months in all sorts of crap, so they can shut it. :emoticon-0138-think

Black tea , started about two years ago , proper flavour , adding milk now ruins it . Make it strong .
Tea is absolutely the best antidote , pick me up to any tiredness . FACT
