Christ it's not even the weekend and I'm already bored. I honestly don't give a **** about Nations League. This would have ben a perfect time to play Plymouth, with all that momentum behind us...

I know what you mean I had to think before if we had a game this weekend, already feels like two weeks since the last one. Going to drag big time.

Fancy Regis to keep the players sharp and not let any complacency creep in but it doesn't make the wait any shorter.

I think it is a good time to have a breather to be honest. Chance for Regis to get some work on the training ground in. Important for some of the new lads to learn. Bit of a breather too for some who have played a lot of mins like Roberts and Mayenda. Us fans miss the games, but critical players get a bit of something different throughout the season imo.

Agreed

it’s nice for Cirkin to get a breather too. We need him for every minute possible, especially with Alese out injured

The next game will be here before we know it man <cheers>

Completely agree. International football is a boil that needs lanced.

Yes, completely agree. Even though we are winning games I think Regis still has a lot of ideas to get across. Especially with a few new lads to get settled in.

Great shout on Cirkin. Just a couple of days downtime and light work makes a huge difference to players.

Besides I am one of the few who still loves international football. Happy to watch it with a different perspective than watching the lads.

Aye I don't think it's come at a particularly bad time, quite a few new lads in that need to get settled, get fitness levels up. As I say I trust Regis to keep standards high and go into the Plymouth game like a well oiled machine, feels like the traditional problems we have don't apply to him.

Just impatient innit.

Team news should be out in an hour or so for England U20s

Jobe should be starting, I’d imagine

Rigg going off in the 65th minute.

Got clattered a couple of times and stayed down but seemed fine by the time he went off.
