Edit 2: only 7 mins added time?! That’s wild, there’s easily been 10+ mins of stoppages.

They must be absolutely buzzing. I recruit a lot of Romanian labourers and tradesmen, very stellar guys, look forward to chatting to a few over the coming days.

With no cup competitions to play for by the time he arrived, it isn't at all clear where the extra game time would have come from.

However, Ange definitely deserves criticism for playing Royal at LB when Udogie and Davies were out injured. The far better option was shifting Micky out to LB and playing Radu at CB. It took Ange far too long to try that pretty obvious experiment.

Also should have considered when opponents were barging into Vicario at corners bringing Dragusin on to serve as a barrier

We have loads of really good players who want to play as a 10 or on the right. The LW names are all less flashy (Gordon) or in bad form so didn’t make the squad. Doesn’t help too that it’s not like we have an overlapping left sided player at LB without Shaw fit.

I think he needs to start Gordon on the left next game and drop Trent out of the midfield for Gallagher or Wharton, who will offer more game management in that area of the pitch.
