Good news: Christian Eriksen scored for Denmark against Kosovo Bad news: Denmark had to bring Christian Eriksen off the bench as they were 1-0 down to Kosovo, and they're currently losing 2-1 Slightly better news: Joachim Andersen is on the bench, so at least we can say a transfer target didn't commit any howlers leading to a Kosovan goal...
Anyway the Czech Republic /Czechoslovakia have always been a strong football nation. In earlier years VERY strong, so I always expect a difficult game when we play them. Eastern Europe has been very influential in world football, Hungary for example and now Croatia. Wars occupations and divisions into 'new' countries, through it all and maybe because of it they all produce serious teams.
How many of our boys are we expecting to see tonight? Harry is nailed on, but I am not sure that anyone else will be starting - Walker & Chilwell should keep out Tripps and Rose, Dier or Rice looks a choice maybe Dier as its a competitive fixture, and Dele maybe Rashfords absence will let him in or will Sancho will be thrown in?
Partnered Everton's Yerry Mina in their first match under new manager, ex-Man Utd, Real Madrid and Portugal coach, Carlos Queiroz.

Or are the team confused because they have Lautaro Martinez up front, Gonzalo Martinez behind him, and Lisandro Martinez at centre back? Pretty sure yelling "Martinez, push up!" is going to confuse at least one of them... That being said, their experience levels are alarming GK: Franco Armani, 4 caps CB: Juan Foyth, 2 caps CB: Gabriel Mercado, 25 caps (sub Walter Kanneman, 4 caps) CB: Lisandro Martinez, first cap (sub Domingo Blanco, first cap) RWB: Gonzalo Montiel, 1 cap CM: Giovani Lo Celso, 11 caps CM: Leandro Paredes, 10 caps LWB: Nicolas Tagliafico, 13 caps AM: Lionel Messi, 129 caps AM: Gonzalo Martinez, 3 caps (sub Matias Suarez, first cap) CF: Lautaro Martinez, 5 caps
