Precisely

If the ref catches them at it there and then he/she should give them a good shoeing

If the player dives but gets up before the ref gets there then the ref has free rein to kick them or trip them up at any suitable point later in the game

If players come up shouting at the ref then he/she should poke them in the eye

Come on FIFA / FA show some guts

Now we're getting somewhere.

It's high time refs went into games tooled up.

Players ****ing about, feeling each other up at corners. Out comes the cat o nine tails. Give em a swift sharp lashing to break it up.

Foam in a can. Ditch it for mace. Players reckon they can surround the ref and get in their face. Think again. Mace to the eyes should put a stop to that.
