Hull City's Mohamed Diame seeks advice from Paris specialist
HULL City midfielder Mohamed Diame will visit a surgeon today to learn when he will be fit to make a comeback in the Championship.
Diame’s debut season at the KC Stadium was ravaged by injuries following a £3m switch from West Ham
United.
Not since the 1-1 draw at
Everton in December has Diame been able to start a game for the Tigers and his season was eventually curtailed when having an operation on his knee in early May.
Almost eight weeks on from the surgery, Diame will visit a specialist in Paris where it is hoped he will be given the all-clear to

his rehabilitation.
The original outlook for the Senegal midfielder was a “period of two to three months” out and that would cast doubt over his role in the opening weeks of the new season.
Like fellow
injury victim Robert Snodgrass, Diame is unlikely to play a full role when pre-season starts a week on Monday.
City have just four weeks and five friendlies to prepare for the new Championship campaign and there will be no prospect of rushing Diame
