I was on here yesterday deffending Millen, and saying that he is not being given the oppertunity that previous managers had. Having his hands tied on transfers shouldnt stop him being able to get his players up for a "derby" home match against league 2 opposition.

We have been embarrised and the manager has brought more pressure on himself.

We need a result at Donny to justify not paying attention to the league cup.

Think I'm gonna kick back and listen to a nice bit of jazz -

If we had someone decent in line then I'd probably say out, but for a club with dreams of the Premier League I cannot see anyone out there who is even remotely capable of improving on our situation.

I think Lansdown should give him a goal of six wins out of ten matches. This would give Millen a deadline of November to turn the team around and get some wins behind us. If no one is available give him until December to get extra wins, otherwise replace him with whoever the Premier League or Championship throws out.

No to the last part, find a great man manager - DOESN'T HAVE TO BE AN ESTABLISHED NAME. I have worked for a few in my time and you just KNOW that they ae going to be good because they have a certain aura about them. This is what we need right now...

who would you want to replace millen if he goes? do you have any names in mind?

Without talking to people personally, this is rather difficult to say. Frankly, I don't care if it is a non league manager so long as they are hungry.

The likes of Mouriniho and his former sidekick now at Chelsea started as backroom staff, not even on the football side but true ability stands out and this was noticed and put in charge, they both rose to great achievements - Like I said, good man managers have a certain aura about them (e.g. Lambert) and we this is what we need right now...

erm, whats wrong with asking prem a serious question and not a wum? jazz music seems to have chilled you out too much <laugh>

Crack on asking the questions kid, nowt wrong with learning from your betters in all honesty.

I don't understand the last bit of your post, could you re-phrase it in English please?
