Another promising signing, how many new signings is too many. Surely we have to trim the squad now.

Maybe, any new manager is unsure about our transfer policy. I’m pretty sure GA wouldn’t have been happy with signing players purely on data.

Given that the odds are all over the place based on the latest speculation, you are probably right. But it will either have to be someone well respected (and not just sacked) or the 2 Sams for the rest of the season until the right manager comes along
