No news of anyone coming in and frankly with the whole squad becoming fit I can’t see we need much else. Horgans loan must have freed up some wages in case we do need someone.
Looking at this Plymouth seem to be strengthening and a few others have made a couple of signings. Mainly on loan. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/transfers
Are you saying you prefer permanent signings rather than loan signings? If so, I agree in general. The main squad should all be committed to keeping the team moving forward and therefore keeping their jobs. However an occasional loan signing can give the team a boost if they are quality.
Thinking about that what happened to the youngster we signed from Man U haven't heard a thing about him since the beginning of the season
They may have no intertest in the League position per se but they do have an interest in increasing their market value. So, provided they are class, they can make a name for themselves by playing a major part in any success. Also, if they fit in, there is the possibility we might be able to sign them under contract at the end of the loan
I’d forgotten about him, was expecting him to be around the 1st team a bit more. Maybe long term injury.
Wycombe Wanderers have confirmed the departure of striker Ali Al-Hamadi who has joined AFC Wimbledon on a permanent contract.
Injury Update Dom Gape has played 12 times this season for Wycombe but has not featured since mid-December and isn’t expected to play a part this season. Tyjay De Baar collapsed in Wycombe’s 1-0 defeat to Plymouth at the end of December and has been recovering at home. Former Bristol City defender Alfie Mawson was in contention to face Rovers after a month long lay-off. Mawson has missed their last four matches with a knee problem causing him problems hopefully he will be back for Tuesday nights game
He's left us today by mutual consent to sign for them,he's no loss as he didn't offer much to the team.
