Seriously all the best, glad you're on the mend. Have been following the story and it is a great example of a community pulling together. I was surprised at how affecting it was, given few of us actually know you.

This is great news.

Can you let Ash know he has no obligation to report to us with updates. He needs to be selfish now, and look after himself to get well.
When he feels better, I cant wait to here from him, but would rather he take account of other things more important than us!!

Thanks for taking the time to do this when there must so much else going on and so many other people in his life. Really appreciated. And of course, many of us are delighted that he seems to be making progress. He'll need time.

I'm lying here and I'm completely speechless. I feel deeply ashamed of my actions, when all I had todo was ask for help. Iv hurt a huge amount of people, and for that I am sincerely apologetic.
With recent goings on, Everything had just mounted up and I fell into a real big hole. I honestly thought there was no other way out, but I now regret that decision.

Ive never been one for revealing all of my problems, I'd rather help others, and this appears to have been a downfall of mine. I'm recording allot of help for my problems now, and I'm hopeful i can put this horrible chapter of my life behind me. From now on, I start again.

The doctors have been fantastic and I'm so happy that they could reverse what i did to myself, Words will never tell them how much I wanted this second chance.

To all of you, i don't know what to say. You don't know me in person, but you have said the nicest things while i have been away. I really didn't know how much people cared. Once i am better, I will personally pm you all with my greatest wishes, I am so grateful to all of you, you wouldn't believe.

I'm going to get done rest now, but I'll speak to you all soon. I will be seeing Steve allot, so iPad on any news.

Once again, I thank you all, I am completely gobsmacked and touched by it. I broke down when i saw it all and really put a limp in my throat.

Good man! No need to apologise to us fella. Glad you are on the mend. As the Leeds lad said, we've all done daft stuff, you are only human. I've had someone close take their own life and all it leaves behind is devestation. Sounds to me like you have some great friends, that lad Steve for one and a missus who loves you.

Take this as a second chance mate, all the best!

As many have stated although i have never met or spoke with you direct i'm truly glad to hear you are on the mend.

Support comes in many forms, just remember we all need help sometimes, it makes us no less of a person.

I've been following this all very closely and I'm ecstatic that it's ended up like this. Its very clear you have a lot of friends on here Ash, and if ever you just need a smile, then read through some of these pages again and I'm sure you'll catch yourself with a cheeky grin.

Don't rush things and don't expect too much of yourself too soon, take your time with everything you do and the most important piece of advice that I was told was: "Sit outside for 10 minutes a day in a nice area and remind yourself what else is out there."

Ash! This is excellent news and you don't need to apologise......except for what you've put me through the last few days. I never cried so much in a long time and didn't think I could get so wound up for someone I hsve never even met!!! just as well we are not likely to for a bit or I'd kick your arse for you.
As all have said on here, the recent response must tell you something of how much you are valued and needed around the place. You've got a gem in your missus and Steve and, no doubt, others in the close family. And then you've got us lot on here.
Keep the grip and take your time soritn your life out...and then get on here.
