Good luck , great to footy fans of many clubs come together to ! just so happens my footy club and its fellow fans has helped me through dark times . Now is a time to let people and fellow fans to rally round and help out All the best .

I've been in that dark place myself. I've never attempted, but I've thought about it. They say the best thing you can do in that situation is just tell someone you're having those thoughts. As soon as you tell someone, you're significantly less likely to go through with it.

Don't you ever give up on life.

Welcome back Ash - this was it - from now on you will talk with someone if you start to feel down - Print out some of these wishes and take a read every now and then - you'll realize quickly how many people do care about what happens to you. There are many over there in Wales who will help you.

Ffs, that's me by the way, what's to be sorry about? 'Kin hell man upwards and onwards , hug that great Lady of yours and smack that boy steve on the back!
