Evening everyone.

I'm lying here and I'm completely speechless. I feel deeply ashamed of my actions, when all I had todo was ask for help. Iv hurt a huge amount of people, and for that I am sincerely apologetic.
With recent goings on, Everything had just mounted up and I fell into a real big hole. I honestly thought there was no other way out, but I now regret that decision.

Ive never been one for revealing all of my problems, I'd rather help others, and this appears to have been a downfall of mine. I'm recording allot of help for my problems now, and I'm hopeful i can put this horrible chapter of my life behind me. From now on, I start again.

The doctors have been fantastic and I'm so happy that they could reverse what i did to myself, Words will never tell them how much I wanted this second chance.

To all of you, i don't know what to say. You don't know me in person, but you have said the nicest things while i have been away. I really didn't know how much people cared. Once i am better, I will personally pm you all with my greatest wishes, I am so grateful to all of you, you wouldn't believe.

I'm going to get done rest now, but I'll speak to you all soon. I will be seeing Steve allot, so iPad on any news.

Once again, I thank you all, I am completely gobsmacked and touched by it. I broke down when i saw it all and really put a limp in my throat.

Listen pal, anyone who says they don't do stupid things or make bad decisions is a liar. I've come close before. I felt like I was drowning, and nobody could save me. Sounds like you have a lot of people both where you are and on the board who care for you. Its damn scary Ash, it could have been game over, and in the cold light of day, however bad things get, its not worth ending it for....

Really glad you're on the mend, and that counts double for all the lads on the Leeds board

Good to hear from you pal and extremely please you are okay. I don't know you personally but it's good that you have plenty of people around you to help, love and guide you in the right direction. Make sure you concentrate on getting well and beating your demons, the people on here can wait! Take care of yourself pal <ok>

Fantastic news that you are better and able to send a message. Looking forward to seeing you back as a regular.

No apologies mate, they are not needed at all. As you can see a lot of people from around the world have wished you well, I remember QPR, Liverpool, Cardiff, Bristol City, Everton, Newcastle, Norwich fans coming here and posting sincere messages about you. I know I've missed loads out but those have stuck in my mind.

We have never met but we have debated and chatted for years, and I know that you are top chap, when you feel up to it, I would be honoured to sit down with you have a pint and argue who's right about the Swans ;)

Way to go, Ash. Nothing to be ashamed of because we all understand how bad things can mount up and remorselessly push you over the edge. At least you now know the level of goodwill and respect you have here. The posts and support you have received has been incredible from fans of clubs the length and breadth of the land, notably including, bless them, those from Cardiff and QPR.

Take heart from all this, Ash. In addition to a loving family and friends, you have a cyber army who rushed to give you their best wishes and support. Well done to them one and all, because you deserve it, mate, and they were all there for you. Not a bad starting point for the rest of your life, Ash, and I'm sure you will go from strength to strength in the future.

p.s. a limp in the throat sounds nasty so just as well you are in hospital :) keep up the rercovery mate and hope we get 3 points on the weekend to help with the recovery!
