The excuse about Karoo e mails was given to me too.Finally got a reply from the club , apparently they are having trouble with karoo emails
not sure if it's bullshit but kinda funny considering KC have an internet monopoly in Hull
and the company are still name sponsors of the stadium
Re-sent , I don't think mine was sent until I got in touch with the club . I had the same issue for the Crewe game . They know who we are , we are members as we pay our subscription .Why don't they just give us one unique personal code for the whole season or until we are allowed back into the ground , or stop being a member , or is that to easy. This really helped coming 1 day after I e-mailed 'em to ask how I couldn't get the audio subscription I'd already paid for !

OK, thanks.You're emailing the wrong people, iFollow have nothing to do with the audio you paid the club for previously, you need to email City.

Funny I was wondering exactly the same last night. I was trying to guess at how many City might have sold, I got nowhere near 2500! I was in the hundreds. Anyway, they won't be selling too many on Friday, it's on Sky and those who don't have it can buy a £10 Now TV pass and get better coverage and commentary.Does the club announce how many streams they sell for each game, as I have not seen anything? I guess not, as the usual air of secrecy seems to be maintained. I see quite a lot of clubs do, Plymouth sold about 2500 for our game according to their information.
