Have I missed a trick, or has there been no mention of the transition from Tigers TV to iFollow as promised?
Don't think so, had to re-register to access, but hey ho we shouldn't expect to much from junior.Have I missed a trick, or has there been no mention of the transition from Tigers TV to iFollow as promised?
Did you check your bank balance or the credit limit on your card ?Of course I hoped it would be easy to transfer a subscription from Tigers TV to this new thing, but oh, no - at least not for me. Gone through the process of registering anew, fill in all my details, click Create Account and get a something went wrong message - try again. I have done 3 times.
I feel Ehab Allam is trying to find another trick to stop me supporting my football club.
Any one else had same problem or is it just me?
I did have a similar problem when trying to register on a relatively old iPad, but then going through the same procedure with a more modern iPhone I had no problem. Could be linked to the capability of your device.Of course I hoped it would be easy to transfer a subscription from Tigers TV to this new thing, but oh, no - at least not for me. Thanks for this. Don't think it should be a problem of the device but will try through another route. Still very unimpressed but of course that's normal Hull City at the moment.I did have a similar problem when trying to register on a relatively old iPad, but then going through the same procedure with a more modern iPhone I had no problem. I had no problem. Went on TigersTV...clicked on the IFollow link...registration was fast and easy. Paid US$9 for the Gillingham game since I now live in the US. Got a receipt in two minutes.
Couldn't have been simpler. Hope Saturday is just as smooth.

I believe so. I did, but without downloading the EFL App.So does everybody have to register with iFollow then ?
At the bottom it says International and previous customers of Tiger TV have to but no mention

Sort of glad it wasn't just me! I found clicking on the link in the email sent yesterday, I went through the process and got to create account and it didn't work. Today I went in through the website (cringe every time I click on Hull City Tigers) and clicked on Ifollow in that and appear to have created an account, Hope that works for you.I just tried to register and it wouldn't work for me , clicked the create account button and nothing happens
not even an error message
