I entered the code off the email and applied it.

After you’ve paid you should get an email confirmation saying you’ve paid £10.00 but with discount applied(voucher) the balance off your account is £0.

Maybe they haven't taken discounts into account when they drafted the message.
If you have online banking you can see if there was a payment taken.

If you click on apply code it should show you now have £0 to pay

It should always tell you the total before you click 'buy' ( or whatever the final thing is )

Just happen to me as well, just received an email thanking me for subscribing and charged me £10 , use the code that city sent no problem, said on the account page nil to pay then this email arrives from EFL digital thanking me for paying a £10.

Sorry it's happened to you aswell but glad its not only me as I thought I must be the only knobhead on here to get it wrong. My mate says to email the club right now I can't be arsed. Just getting the beers and nachos ready.
