It's a bit like a sneeze or a drum solo.

Drummer jokes are almost endless. I once came across a webpage filled to the brim with drummer jokes. I read them all, and most of them were worth a giggle. Then I found out that was just page one of about a dozen or so.

A lot of drummer jokes are in-jokes though. A good/bad example is:
